We work embedded within existing teams and technical decision-making structures. We contribute to outcomes through architectural clarity and technical depth. Recommendations from a distance are not what we provide.
Where deeper involvement is needed, engagements are typically multi-month and embedded. Short-term support, hourly consulting, or team staffing are not part of our model.
